What to Expect from Treatment with Radiesse®
Treatment with this product is quick and relatively painless, as it contains lidocaine to numb the injection site. One of our skilled practitioners will inject the product into your target area using an ultra-fine needle. Little to no downtime is required, however specific post-treatment care is necessary and will be discussed during your appointment. Most patients go right back to their daily activities following treatment. Some patients may experience mild redness and bruising, which can be reduced by avoiding medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen and vitamin E for one week prior to treatment. The use of arnica and bromelain may also help decrease bruising. Results are immediate and can last up to a year, with continued improvement also seen.
