To Our OBI BioAesthetic Institute Family,
It was with great deliberation regarding the increasing threat of COVID-19 to our patients, staff, families, and community that we made the decision to temporarily close the physical doors of OBI BioAesthetic Institute.
We empathize with the frustration everyone is experiencing; however, due to the elective nature of what we do at OBI, and the ever-increasing need for social distancing in our communities, we are confident this is the right decision.
Our administrative staff has been in contact and will continue reaching out to any of you who had a previously scheduled appointment. If you have urgent questions or concerns, please know I will be available and on-call to address them virtually or at the office (and no, this does NOT include “BOTOX EMERGENCIES” 🤦🏻♀️!)
Despite our need to physically close our doors, we are still here for your health and skincare needs. We will have our phone lines open 904-273-5454 from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, for needs we can manage virtually. During that time, we will also be available for product purchases (via telephone) with FREE shipping. (20% OFF ZO® Monday’s are now EVERYDAY until further notice!)
Our hope is to be able to re-open our doors again soon, pending State and National Public Health recommendations. Let us all use this time to care for our families, others in need, and support all of those on the front lines of this COVID-19 health crisis. We value every one of you and look forward to seeing you again, live and in person.
